Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, or would like to set up a free 20 minute video consult. Please provide your full name, email, phone number, and preferred days and times to meet. You can also schedule directly through the simple practice portal.

Policies & Fees

Counseling Fees:

Intake Assessment (53 min) $175

Individual Psychotherapy (53 min) $160

Professional Consultation $120

I accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP):

Please ensure that you have Care Oregon as your Mental Health Carrier. I do not take OHP Pacific Source at this time. This information can be found on the back of your health insurance card. If you don’t, you can try calling member services to get your CCO changed over.

Insurance and Superbilling:

I am not accepting any other insurance at this time. However, I can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement. A superbill is a detailed document that allows clients to bill their insurance directly. If you wish to get our sessions reimbursed, I recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to starting our work together.

Here’s a few tips when contacting your insurance provider (usually listed on the back of your insurance card)-

Hello! I’m interested in seeing a therapist who is out-of-network (OON). How can I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network mental health provider?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Health Savings Account:

Some clients prefer to use their HSA debit card to pay for counseling services. I am happy to provide you with a receipt for later reimbursement from your HSA account. Again, feel free to ask any questions about this before we get started.

Sliding Scale:

Therapy can be expensive and inaccessible to many communities. With this in mind, I also offer a limited number of reduced fee slots for those who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ. You can request a financial hardship application at any time.
